Trevor Greenfield’s ACTION TODAY – My Personal Offer Of help
I hope you’re keeping well in these very difficult times that we’re all living in.People are losing their income because they can’t go to work, having difficulty getting the basic supplies they need and having to stay at home for what could be a long time.
Here in the UK the Government has just announced that now all people ‘at risk’ must self-isolate. They cannot go to the shops, banks, mix with family, or be in close contact with anyone.
This ‘at risk’ group includes people over 70 years of age and those with underlying health conditions.
That puts me in that category since I am over 70 and am a diabetic (albeit under control).
So if you’re having to self-isolate I’m one of you and will be going through the same thing.
The really sad thing for me is that an increasing number of people in this age group still need to go to work to pay their bills and many of them are not eligible for any kind of payment when they have to stay at home.
The UK government hae put measures in place to pay up to 80% of the wages of the employed people affected but there is, as yet, no provision for the self employed or those on zero hour contracts.
As bad as it might seem at the moment, history has shown that all such crises also carry with them opportunity.
This enforced time at home can be the opportunity that you have been looking for to start a side income, an additional way of making a living either online or offline or both.
This crisis, like all such events, has brought out the best and (in some cases) the worst in people. There’s a growing acceptance that we need to pull together and help each other.
Sadly, I’m sure that you have received sales pitches from people poorly disguised as help to try and get you to buy yet another shiny object.
I’ve also seen toilet rolls for sale on eBay at exorbitant prices while the supermarket shelves lie empty.
At times like these we see both sides of society I guess.
The main purpose of this Sunday Supplement today is to let you know I’m here to help however I can.
Now, while you have to stay at home, is the time to start to build an income from home that will grow and provide you with financial independence for the future.
There are lots of ways to do that which I’ll expand on in the coming days.
For now I want to point you to a product that I got this week which provides help in deciding which are good offers to promote and which are likely to be scams.
With so much rubbish being pushed out these days being able to sort the wheat from the chaff is a very useful skill.
It’s from Britt Malka who has had more than her share of crisis times in her life.
My second recommendation this week is a report that I just received from Nick James that provides 10 Instant Start-up ideas to get you going.
Keep safe, avoid personal contact if asked to do so and follow the scientific advice.
My best advice is that it’s good to keep informed but not to be inundated. Every news channel, every alert on our smart phones and everybody in general are talking about the latest terrible news about the Covid-19 virus.
Now, believe me, I’m not saying it isn’t serious – it is very serious. But it’s also important to keep positive because that has been shown to help keep our immune system high.
I really believe that what we think has a major effect on our physical body. The more positive we are the better we’re able to fight off any infection.
Stay safe and keep healthy.
Until next time,Kind regards,
